Vaga de Digital Strategy Architect

Responsibilities: - Creates solutions based on workshop action items and turns them into an MVP / PoC at a conceptual level - Provides technical guidance to the developers and full stack developers on a technical level to rapidly build MVP and prototypes in an agile way - Participates in Pre-workshop ideation and helps shape the workshop agenda - Curates the relevant solutions from a technology perspective based on clients preferred tech stack - Helps in planning Hardware and Software upgrades for the devices, systems and accessories in Pace Port on an ongoing basis - Helps curate the right start ups for each visit and co-ordinates with Start-ups and Incubators to achieve the workshop outcomes - Collaborate with teams and client business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technology solutions. - Develop high-level and detailed technical architecture designs that align with business goals and industry best practices. - Ensure that the design is scalable, secure, and meets performance requirements. - Choose appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to meet the requirements of the solution. - Oversee the implementation of the solution, ensuring that it meets the design and technical standards. - Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them. - Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements and recommend new solutions as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Requirements: - Must be fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - experience in software development, enterprise architecture, and systems integration - Experience with cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architecture is a plus - Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps - Broader understanding of IT landscape and different technologies - Strong understanding of security and data privacy best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
